Financing must be part of the reason. In order to continue smoothly drilling operations (or, I hope, expand seriously the pace) commitments must be made soon (or have already been made, which is more logical). PGD has the resources to continue, MDN has to secure its financing. So yes for financing. But do everybody from MDN have to be there to secure an additional $1 or $2 M?

On the question of clamming up resulting (may be) from exchanges on this or other threads: It is my first experience in participating in threads, and every time I post a text, I wonder if this could play against my interest as stockholder or, more generally, if this could hurt the interest of PGD (or MDN). I do not think that the exchanges, analyses and bits of information presented on this thread could in any way hurt the interest of PGD or the feelings of its management (far less important!). On the contrary, if their goal is to work for the benefit of the shareholders (I am convinced that it is), then this thread is also contributing to achieve this same goal but putting together our visions, our analyses and mapping out future possible scenarii that would help us identify how much money we will make and how soon? The next big question is what to do with all this money (Start an other thread)?

BUT, at the same time, I also wonder how a major who would be negotiating to buy-out PGD and MDN, would react to our posts. I could understand that they would prefer that we would not post our analyses (with all the shortcomings that mine has had) and make the speculations that we make, hopefully for our own benefits. If I was a major negotiating with a junior, I think (mind you, I have never been in such a situation) that I would ask the junior to be very very low key in its PR and minimize the flow of information until negotiations are completed (favourably or not): I would not want to negotiate in public or appear to do so. So, if I was in that negotiating position (a major), I would probably be, at first, (very) suspicious about the origin of info in the threads. Certainly after careful review of the facts presented in these threads, I would come to the conclusion that these persons seems to be intelligent enough to put whatever available info together and make some sense out of it. I would also come to the conclusion that this is not going to disappear and that I should learn to live with it. The only impact that it might have, is attract more attention by more investors and more majors. That also is in our best interests.

ALSO, if PR persons are really "clamming up", it could be considered a very positive sign (an "objectively verifiable indicator", in my line of business) that something is cooking-up. As you mentioned Salva, negotiations may be accelerating.

Next publication of results (this week, next week) will bring more enthusiastic discussions and analyses.

Rgds

PS: What does LOL means (Laughing Out Loud?). I think that I have made sense of the other acronyms, if not I will ask from time to time.
