LOL..thanks. you know unless TYC is a total accounting fraud Melt-down ala CD, MCK and SOC.... It is getting into buy territory here.

the forward PE is projected to be 15. the question is the accounting and the monsterously large insider selling this summer.

10/29/99 Tyco International Ltd. (TYC $41.87,1-M,Tgt $65.00) Jeffrey Sp
--SUMMARY:--Tyco International Ltd.--Multi-Industry
* Our estimates now reflect Tyco's two-for-one stock split.
* Our 1999 EPS estimate is $2.10 and our 2000 EPS estimate is $2.50.
* Believe recent weakness in the stock does not reflect any new news or
change in fundamentals. Instead, we believe it reflects lingering concern
about Tyco's earnings quality which has been exacerbated by poor market
psychology. Current weakness appears to be a compelling buying oppty.
* We reiterate the comments that we've made over the past week that the
company's very strong cash flow growth (FY 99 up 93%) is very convincing
evidence of high earnings quality.

* Reiterate Buy rating and $65 price target.
