There's one thing that a lot of people don't take into consideration when reading the most bookmarked list and that is the fact that all of the people that bookmarked someone don't respect that person . Sometimes people are bookmarked for other reasons. Take for instance this example, I had this certain self proclaimed whiz kid bookmarked and several other small time touts, a few of which I thought were paid touts or just plain idiots. I didn't agree with their outlook and really hadn't followed them much but I had them bookmarked just in case I wanted to see what they were up to. When I saw the kid bragging several months ago about his position on the list I removed the bookmark I had for him. I would have kept the bookmark I had for him and the other 5 or 6 people I removed if I had had the option to say why I had them bookmarked.

I think the list would give a better insight into how members feel about the people on it by including in your list the option to say whether you have this person bookmarked because you agree with them, disagree with them, or have no opinion. Three little radio buttons to the right or left of the bookamrked persons name on your list is all it would take. Then a ranking of the most bookmarked people by their amount of agree and no opinion bookmarks or maybe just by their agree bookmarks would better reflect who is esteemed by the members. The list should also contain the number of people that clicked the don't agree option.

Also when people haven't posted for 6 months or so I don't think they should be eligible for the list anymore, and if a person doesn't want to be listed they should have that option. I'd like to see if any of the people on the list would drop off of it if they were able to say they didn't want to be eligible for it, wouldn't you?

I think these changes would make the list more fun.

Does anyone agree with me or have other ideas to make the list more representative of our feelings towards the people on it?
