OK, looks like we agree on everything! -g-

To summarize our consensus: -g-

1. MO did a good job in his acquisition of SG. The price, financing, and plant improvements are a job well done.

2. KRY is roughly at "fair value" based on its SG operation and reserves.

Now, for KRY's price to increase, one or more of the following needs to happen:

1. The POG needs to go higher.

2. They need to find several 100,000 oz of additional reserves at SG.

3. They need to figure out who to bribe in Venezuela to "get lucky" with LC. -g-

Furthermore, many thread members would feel more comfortable with their investment if MO would put some of his own capital at risk and buy some shares.

Also, charred feels that MO should take a pay cut. -g-

I do think it's true that if MO doesn't come up with another deal like SG soon (what have you done for US lately? -g-) he should appoint a committee from among us posters to determine his future compensation. -g-
