Bob,
No. Not really. It just gives some insight as to what management is thinking and doing. Some of the info may change some people's perception of the future, which could affect the stock price.
At least they are making an effort to firm up the stock price. Most of it is just factual information that needed to be reiterated. I think it shows they are frustrated.
It is a sign that things will start changing for the better soon. No one likes to be frustrated.
