I gave up? Never assume. I still hold my full position of seek, which I should have sold at 100 but didn't. So don't jump to conclusions. I am very much against this deal and voted no. However, seek will most certainly rise from this point. But that doesn't make the deal fair or right. These are different issues.

And you're right. I should have sold ubid at 180. And that too doesn't make this deal fair.
