1. NewKidCo updated their main website in the last ten (10) days which reflected four (4) of five (5) of their new titles, as follows: Elmo© Grouchland (GBC), Elmo's© Letter Parade (N64©), Elmo's© Number Parade (N64©), Hello Kitty's© Cube Frenzy (GBC). All said new titles indicated November availability. Of possible further significance Elmo© Grouchland (PS) was not present on their updated site possibly confirming this product has been delayed to past mid-January 2000 per the major brick and mortar/Internet gaming retailer(s) ex Electronic Boutique 1/19/00 ebworld.com . Said new updated site also had a prominent hotlink to information concerning the new Disney license on said NewKidCo website main page.

2. NewKidCo.com was inaccessible on Sunday, 31 October.

3. On Monday 1 November NewKidCo.com took down its new updated site and reverted back to its original site cleansing it of the N64© icon and all said pending releases/information/icon hotlinks/etc.

4. Why? Is there [another] shareholder substantive/materially relevant problem/delay/concern which has developed?

5. esecurities contacted Newkidco management at ~ 1:56 pm et regarding said issue with no acknowledgement as of this post, ~06:45 pm et.
