No one has a clue when MO will hit $35 again. MO is a pure dividend play stock or short term buy and sell. I don't see bankruptcy in the future at this time. The states and feds will lose too much tax money. What I do see is decades of litigation against MO. As I said in a previous post, sooner or later some smoker with emphysema or something will be handed a check for $1 million and the floodgates will be swung wide open. There are thousands of lawyers across the country waiting for this to happen before they jump on the bandwagon.

And of course, the other black cloud hanging over MO is the pending federal lawsuit demanding $20 billion a year from the tobacco companies.

MO will hit $18.....sell the farm........buy a boatload and sell it at $27. It will probably take 4 to 8 weeks to climb back up. Remember, a lot of people will be buying it JUST for the dividend. On the other hand you might want to keep it. A 10.67% dividend is very, very tempting.

The trial lawyers are not rooting for Rosenblatt, they are rooting for the three individual smoker trials that were won by the plaintiffs and are now in the appeals court. The outcome of these appeals is what will determine whether or not your average small town lawyer becomes a rich man by ripping off the tobacco companies. Remember, if Rosenblatt ultimately wins his case the rest of the trial lawyers in Fla. get zip, squat, nada, nothing, zero.
