JB: The feeling was that there would be a certain litigation drag on the stock going forward consisting of all the little individual cases..some would be won and some lost..if the defense legal counsel can evolve a strategy of defending these claims successfully over time, this should lessen the overall damage and this is more likely than not priced into the stock..right now I just see two major hurdles..the engle case which should ultimately get thrown out on appeal as has every other class action, and the gov't case which goes with the wind when Clinton and Reno leave..I admit I'm looking at things through rosy glasses, but I may be as correct about this stock as todays sellers were wrong in selling...this seemed to be somewhat of an exhaustion to me...if I'm right we start going up tomorrow..warning, I haven't been right thus far!!!
