Intel's Quarterly Price Cuts May Run Deep
pcworld.com

"Intel is paranoid and aggressive, but they also are incredibly analytical," said Nathan Brookwood, an analyst for Dataquest, a high-tech research firm in San Jose, California. "If they cut their prices 25 percent they might lose $4 billion in revenue."

But even cuts of 10-to-20 percent could mean significant savings on PC systems. A 20 percent price reduction on a high end system--like a 200-MHz Pentium--might translate to $200 to $400 being cut from the price tag.

Look! They are talking about how much Intel will lose from its DEEP April price cut. 4 billion revenue off!!! How much loss per share should be deducted from their earring?

Frank, your INTC Apr 110 puts and my 105 puts might be very valuable on the next Friday. ;-)
