I think they should have the best distribution of internet they can get. I agree. But why should their choices be limited? I agree again. But customers want to know why they can't have choices now We agree again. Just because you wear suits and ties and know what a 401k is, that doesn't make you right. You speak in a paternalistic regal tone which pisses me off. (JMHO,FWIW) I think you are still upset the late adopters have lower social status. The arrogance of casting customers or local officials as being too dumb to participate in questioning things or making the "big guys" accountable. Read my post again. I said "or would you rather let the consumer and their money decide?" I'd prefer the Feds nor the locals were involved. Let T go to 2002. If the consumer is really that much worse off, let them sock it to AT&T after they have spent their 100billion. Broadband is a Method Of Distribution (as is DSL,sat,wireless) for products offered over the internet. Broadband is not a product. Agreed. In my haste i confused the ISP with the method.
