Roughly the Federal Agents told DeLorean that if he assisted them in some minor way in a Cocaine Deal they would give him 15 Million Dollars which he desperately needed to keep his Irish plant in Production for his car business. When he said okey on tape, they popped him for 15 to life. Entrapment defense, denied.
