### Impact of PLAboy settlement on ZSUNE's balance sheet ###:

ZSUNE owes this money ($3 Million) to Playboy Enterprises and since it is not currently reflected on ZSUNE's balance sheet, the SEC filing is (reason number 234) incorrect. When appropriately adjusted (w/o other changes which would of course make things even worse), ZSUNE's balance sheet will show a negative nete worth. BK BK BK BK BK BK BK
