David, what I tried to say was that traders may try to push FM's stock down based on a headline which says "FM's earnings flat" (even tho EBIT isn't) or "Earnings gain lower that sales gain" before folks read the details related to income taxes. As to recommendations, I don't make them. I do, however, state my views on stocks that I think have investment merit. As you know, I like FM and believe that 20 is doable in 12-18 months. Arnie
