 -Acquires Training Agency And Signs Exclusive Marketing Alliance-

 its service offering in the rapidly growing multi-media distance
 training sector through the acquisition of Sales Performance Group
 ("SPG") and through an exclusive marketing alliance with Canadian
 Satellite Communications Inc. ("Cancom") (TSE: SAT).
 Toronto-based SPG designs, develops, implements, and measures
 training and performance improvement solutions for Fortune 500
 clients.  Cancom Learning Solutions, an operating division of
