Harpo, I don't think SRCM announced or filed anything. Yahoo shows a 10Q filed Nov. 1, but I think that is erroneous. Yahoo links you to what appears to be the 10Q filed in August. Maybe this is what you saw. SRCM doesn't have to file its next 10Q until Nov. 14, and it would be out of character for them to do it any earlier than that.
