You're right, Marcos, that the medical sites are not all competitors. They target different audiences, have different foci, and use different techniques to deliver their information.

But they ARE all competitors .. as far as the investor dollar goes. If I want to invest in the stock of a medical site, I'll pick the one I like best (by whatever criteria I judge relevant). But I'll invest in only one, never concentrate to all three. To that extent, they are indeed competing for stock market support.
