Optimark news, from the YHOO board: News Flash posted on my page by: jimj_jimj (M/Pittsburgh, PA) 11/1/1999 9:09 pm EST Msg: 104031 of 104101 CNBC reported 11/1/99 7:14 PM EST - "Knight/Trimark , one of the country's largest stock trading firms teaming up with the Optimark system. The Wall Street Journal reports the two companies will announce the deal tomorrow. Under the agreement, Knight/Trimark will receive warrants convertible to stock from Optimark, depending on how much volume Knight/Trimark trades inside the system."
