I just logged onto the web via AOL, which I rarely do because my account with them is by the minute. Holy cow was it fast! As my Netcom/MSPG connection has gone from slow to slower to slowest, I had forgotten how fast it should be. SI pages loaded in seconds instead of minutes. Even pages with lots of graphics loaded in seconds whereas under MSPG they would take about 20 minutes to load.

Does anyone here use MSPG? Are they having the same problems I am? Or is MSPG targeting me because I am a heavy user and limiting my available bandwidth? They sent me a nasty email saying I was using the web too much, and that they were going to see if I was operating a web site. Since then my available bandwidth has fallen steadily. As a result in order to get the information I need, I find I am spending many more hours on the web than I used to.
