Tim.............................................. The third party company is not a "third party" it was, as it states plainly in the title, FORMED to house the deal in china............... it is a subsidiary of Digital Gas in China,,,,,, as far as the "sell off" of the inter net assets that will generate large amounts of cash within 3 to 6 months so that Digital can Gobble up even more domestic STUFF......... Pink sheets, Tim I would not be too concerned you have stated you are not happy as I have, harping on it in this case will not change it.................. The release addresses the filings, they are to happen soon.......... what more can I say the company addressed the FILING............ Look at what they have done since June 2 re China deal, everything is moving forward and we will have to stay for the long term (3 to 6 more months to profit, just my opinion) It is not a daytraders stock......... for that head to SSP and Jim's thread.............
