Just as institutionals were window-dressing MO out of their portfolios last week (fiscal year end October 31st), there will indeed be OTHER INSTITUTIONALS that will be buying MO for its rich dividend yield and low share prices who are willing to look beyond the next few legal conundrums.

Certainly, some institutionals and investors were waiting for the dust to settle today before testing the waters, but you can bet there is a load of institutional money on the sidelines that will be put to work in MO in the next few days as they balance their portfolios.

Volume on today's drop was light in comparison to the drop two weeks ago. If MO turns up from here, this will be a classic double-bottom formation. I don't expect too much downside from here, so I'm in for a short term trade because today did indeed seem to be an overreaction to Phase II of the trial.

Greetings, MD1derful (long time no see - since the RBOT thread). Good to see you're alive and well.

A friend of mine is thinking of starting a "vice" mutual fund consisting of investments in stocks that are a play on the vices and addictions (and stupid behavior) of humanity. Seems like that is a predictable trend in itself. The fund would consist of the Tabacco stocks, the Liquor Stocks, Drugs (esp Viagra), Oil Stocks (for all the gas guzzling SUV's on the road), and so on. Any takers?
