I don't know. I've only used the new version of Silicon Investor and never had any problems. When I go to gorillagame.com I get a menu on the left side to purchase the book, read reviews, biography, etc... If I click on the SI link for either thread, it appears in the frame on the right. No problems. I've spoken with others that have also not incurred any difficulties. In short - I have no answer for you. Sorry. BB
