Joe, that's a good question. Actually, the award amount was $103M plus interest which might put the total at around $140M divided by about 50 million shares would come to just under $3/share by my calculations. Still better than the current price of the stock on just the award amount alone! Oh, forgot. Lawyers get a chunk. Well, I'll just let someone else take a stab at that one.

I think the stock won't hit its stride until they can show 3 quarters of growth in sales and earnings. Then the people on wall street start noticing. Until then, we're at the mercy of greedy market makers (who killed the momentum of the last drive up after the court decision was announced) and others who are in it for the fast buck. If we are patient with this company, we will be well rewarded.
