Partnership Agreement

--Premier Car Reservation System To Be Available
Through GoAmerica's Wireless Internet Service --
GoAmerica Communications Corp., the nation's leading wireless
Internet service and content provider, and Avis Rent A Car, Inc.,
(NYSE:AVI) today announced a two-year preferred partnership agreement
to develop and market Rent A Car With Avis, a new service that
initially will allow users to wirelessly obtain and confirm reservation
status of current reservations. The service is an e-commerce
application on Go.Web(TM) from GoAmerica which also allows users access
to Web content such as news, stock quotes, weather, travel and sports.
Registered subscribers access Avis' Web site through the Go.Web service
with an identification name and password to obtain car rental
information, such as vehicle reservation and status. The Rent A Car
With Avis service will be commercially available by early 2000 on a
number of wireless devices such as two-way messengers from Research in
Motion (Nasdaq:RIMM) (TSE:RIM), PalmPilots(TM) and Windows CE handheld
computers.
