Zbyslaw and all -- This is tragic news all the way around. There's no way you can put a positive spin on weakness in the US. Clearly the big guys are edging into whatever strongholds NN had. Those who said they needed a larger partner appear to be right. Alan's taken the rap and while I admire his willingness to shoulder the blame, I think Terry's throwing the baby out with the bath water. I don't know Pearse Flynn but I understand he's done a great job in Europe. Perhaps that's enough. Though I have my doubts. Time for conference call. . . Pat
