Hi Herschel...how goes it..I ran into someone else from the rbot thread on the visx thread a few days ago...nice bunch of guys,us rbot-ers...mo valuations extremely compelling with only hidden risk now, the actual damages amount from engle verdict....I just don't see this winning on appeals ultimately, altho I'd love to hear other more learned arguments for and against by our lawyer-accountant collegues on this thread...see ya doc
