That is exactly right, Phil Flynn is IR for both companies, Helumt is ceo as you know of IHTL, and acting Chairman of the Board @ PEAR a Canadian company. Dick Rutan who flew the Voyager was ask to research the compounds PEAR produces. Phil and I talked last week and he mentioned that Hulmet and Dick meet in Akron OH a couple of weeks ago. In addition Burt Rutans company is being bought by a bigger board company PCP. This may all be speculation but I see the pieces falling into place. I have spoke to Phil more than once, and both brothers in Mojave Ca. Regards, LS
