Just a guess, but I think it has to do with a variety of factors:

1) General Weakness in BB market
2) Recent weakness in coffee related business(coffee cost gone up)
3) Someone in the company or invested in company sold large stake.
4) Sold more shares that was authorized previously

Given all that I think that they are a good buy at this level according to the recent news releases stating new ventures and markets from Price Club to Cigar Club. I think it is great that they are in general not going head to head with the 800 pound giant(Starbucks) because unlike the other smaller coffee related companies they were able to eck out a small profit. Hope this helps. If anyone can think of anything else positive or negative please respond.
