Hi Chad:

I'm pretty sure the properties are great, at least the Orcan report led people like the Guru (and myself) to believe in STS. However, the answer you will likely hear is that given the political climate of Angola it would always be difficult to raise capital.

I may be wrong, but this fact has seemed to overshadow STS the entire time I have owned shares. I doubt they will ever possess another valuable proprety like this one anytime soon, but I will hold to find out.

Give them hell for me at the AGM! These losers deserve it.
