Lance Own AXC but haven't kept up with it or this thread that much lately. IBM may be a better catch than WD, because it will show a long term route for KM with MR. < Are you thinking that IBM will make an offer for AXC in the near future to avoid any hassles, over "possible KM infringment"? The stock seems to have reacted recently to the potential of the settlement on the first lawsuit but, I don't see any advance from a rumor of merger or takeover. Would like to some of my losses back if this stock could go up. Thanking you in advance.
