Thank you for getting and posting this information. This is very good news. I had feared that the p's would be automatically converted on Dec 29., thus causing a great depreciation in the commons due to dilution. But instead, what this indicates is that P holders can hold their shares (for a period of three years) until the commons are well supported in price, then convert at 6:1. Not a bad deal if you ask me. Unless the commons really shoot up near the end of the year, I will probably hold my P shares for a while.
