If you look at CS, you'll find a lot of the same factors that drove it down to near 7 awhile back. Since NN is one of those 'other' networkers that could conceivably be bought, perhaps this is an opportunity to look a little longer term, and determine if the company is headed for belly up or more likely a partial or full recovery.

Could be better to buy now and take a slightly greater risk, than to wait till the stock recovers to the mid 20s (which it probably will), and then bank on a takeover for further appreciation.
