MSFT has too much overhead and inventory on hand. The capital expendature that is needed to produce a single CD of MSFT Windows causes negative cashflow by the time the product is sold. The investment of their retained earnings is a sham, and they constantly lose money on their choices. Executive compensation is way out of line with the industry standards and their ESOP plan misstates earnings. They suck.
