gc, re: Info from :"The Company"
You post: "I have obtained Qualcomm's IPR information from the company. Either you known better than Qualcomm about their business or you are spreading false information about the company. Stop this BS please".
I shudder a little when I sense that you take at face value everything you think the "the Company" is telling you!
In my experience, I've never met a person or organization with 100% perfect motivations.
Our Qualcomm Investor Relations people/ PR staff (for whom I have only the highest admiration) are the best there is. To be the best it is their job to convey what the Company wants you to hear.
I am not implying any dishonesty on anyone's part. Far from it. But do you suppose for a minute that "The Company" is telling you everything they know about the "inside info" they are forbidden by law to share outside the company.
Heck, they are doing precisely what is best for the Company, and we have all benefited immesnsely from their professionalism by way of share price.
But lets not be overly naive. This is the real world we are investing in.
I don't pretend "to know better than the Company" The news from the "information cooperative" I am hearing from is simply originating from other sources than you are hearing from.
The link below provides in 35 seconds of reading time, a little public information on how the www.telecomTechStocks.com information cooperative functions. Granted, its not the corporate model you and I may prefer to believe is infallible, but an "information cooperative" nonetheless is a working model that has proved effective in societies and cultures of human beings for, what say, thousands perhaps, of years? You, alone, must be the judge of what is bs and what is not. In financial planing, I simply encourage clients to do their own DD (due diligence). Its hard work, but necessary for prudent investors.
