The HLIT/Divi deal is essentially dead if CUBE remains at these current levels. This action has to be shaking the confidence of investors. The CUBE shareholders will NOT vote "yes" to a 3 1/2% premium buyout. This would be laughable if it weren't such a sorry sight. The ignorance of the market has cost HLIT and CUBE a lot of money. But, I ask all of you, who is to blame for the market's current ignorance level? Now that negligence by Management's investors relations dept. is coming back to haunt them.

The only "silver lining" at this point is maybe CUBE is currently in serious negotiations with various suitors of their semi division and they're not able to comment or defend the deal. Surely they would be if they were able - it's management's money on the line too - more so than any one shareholder (besides Seligman).
