I disagree. I think that it's not CY's future that is limited but it's market. CY is an ISP and as such will be able to offer high speed access when and as it becomes accessible to mainstream ISP's. So who would it appeal to? Lower income families? Think convenience kiosks, libraries, malls, etc.

Coming to Toronto just tripled(quadrupled? - I'm guessing) their potential market. When I say their market is limited, I'm not commenting on it's size, just that it has boundaries.
