This is my first attempt to tell my tale. I have been writing the SEC, my congressman and my senators for the last 6 months, complaining about the injustice of it all.

My letter to the S.E.C. sent Sept 22 which stated in one of the paragraphs "Given enough time, this attempt to ruin a small company will foul the halls of the SEC with a stench that will be difficult to erase."

As I drove up my driveway the evening of Sept. 29 a car pulled up behind me, two men jumped out running , waving what turned out to be I.D.s and scared the devil out of my wife. I was subject to a raid by the FBI and the LAPD Bomb Squad because of a complaint by the SEC.

Of course it all came to naught. The FBI was apologetic.

I am 75, a chemist, been involved for years in the environmental field, and still retained as a consultant for a several companies. I, more than most, know how invaluable the MBS technology is and that is why I have a major investment in the company. What the SEC has done is absolutely horrifying. Justice Brennan in the Supreme Court decision you referred to, wrote a separate opinion saying in effect that the SEC powers were too broad and unregulated and could lead to just the situation we find ourselves in.

19 months!! Enough is enough!!
