TouchStone Software Announces The Appointment of
Jason K. Raza To Board of Directors
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1999--TouchStone Software Corporation (OTC BB:
TSSW.OB - news), a leading developer of innovative software to help people use complex technologies, today announced the
appointment of Jason K. Raza to the Board of Directors. In addition, Larry W. Dingus and Kenneth C. Welch III resigned
from the Board.
Jason K. Raza serves as Vice President for TouchStone Software, having served as International Sales Manager for Unicore
Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Technolgies, (NASDAQ: PTEC - news) prior to its acquisition by
TouchStone. In addition, Raza is the second-largest shareholder in the company.
