Patience everyone! Business takes time. I think "$5-$6" may be a tough stretch this year, but i believe a $3-$4, or possibly higher is quite likely sometime between mid-May and mid-July. Umsi is in the business of acquisitions and that takes time. I beleive they are currently working on two acqusitions that on completion will give them the assets and requirements to apply for NASDAQ listing. One thing you have to remember is Umsi is a otc stock and they get NO news, publicity or recommendations. They are a good year away from "big boy" eyes (assuming all goes as planned), and until that time there's just not going to be that much demand. The thing I like about this company is their aggression. They seem to be very focused on their goals and not easily distracted. I have faith in them. If you are uneasy about Umsi, call them and speak to investor relations or the Ceo. As for lawsuits, who gives a damn! Hell, I can file a law suit! -my two cents- hraka
