Doug: There's a myriad of problems with NN at the moment. Lower revenues and earnings is only part of the problem, there is also the upcoming LU patent infringement trial which could go against NN, the STII deal is looking very shaky, management turmoil, competition that is aggressively taking market share in newer products and older products which are declining in value. They don't have enough time to turn things around and NO ONE will buy them at this price. Why would anyone buy them out? Only diehards and analysts still believe in the buyout scenario. By the way Peppe, I never said "I told you so". Where did you get that? It's not my style. I'm having a discussion with Doug about the company's prospects. Afterall, most posters here have been ignoring my posts for a long time, which is fine, so nothing was directed at them. Best of luck to all.
