All of your numbers look accurate to me. I have the same problem you are having, i.e., what's wrong with this picture?

My best guess is the uncertainty currently in the health care business and the payment limits congress has implemented. Several health care companies have filed for bankruptcy. Perhaps that will get the attention of congress and get them to ease up on payments.

I own a bunch of this at 12 and I am hoping that things will work out for the positive. The only item which makes me feel that way is the insider buying which has been going on with MT. Several million shares have been bought in the last 5 or 6 months by insiders at prices in the 9 to 11 range. If they can put up that much of their own money there must be something good here.

MT owns and rents out facilities to nursing home operators. If they can't continue to pay the rent then MTs fortunes are down the tubes.

Congress struck one blow to MT when they changed the paired shared situation. Then a second blow was landed when the payments were reduced.

This is very typical of our government. They setup a program and they when we all buy into it they pull the rug out from under and leave us holding the bag.

I have heard that recently congress has ease its payment restrictions but don't know how or why. I thought that congress passed laws and the president signed or vetoed them accordingly. I have not heard anything of this being a big deal issue in the press recently such as a disagreement between congress and the president on this issue.
