I had the same problem with Schwab and JNIC. Called and demanded that they get their quote server to furnish it 3 days after the IPO came out. They responded and said they would, still have not, and its four days later.

Had to go to another real time quote server to watch the ticker, then go back to Schwab to trade. Very frustrating for a day trader. Have sold JNIC early because of it. Can't complain, made very good money, but I did sell way too early. In at 42 3/8 and out at 62 3/4... but look at it now. Oh well... got out nicely.
