Re: moving to the NASDAQ NM. Here's an email exchange I had with GTNR's IR Department that I conducted through their website. They replied in an extremely timely manner, I'm pleased to say.

Andrew,

Thanks for your inquiry. Gentner has recently applied for listing on the
Nasdaq National Market. Typically, the application process takes 6 - 8
weeks. I have not yet received any feedback from our listing analyst at
Nasdaq, so I don't have any specifics about how far along we are in this
process.
