Commonwealth is asking for the note holders to sign a "lock up" agreement for 1 year and I am told about 90% have agreed for a lower strike price....from 1.25 to .435....... Once this is out of the way on Nov 5th...I think you will see the stock run...and also some kind of deal is out there for either a buy out or takeover or ????? Price I here is $30.00......we will see
