Having been one of the targets of scorn from the NN cheerleaders, I had promised myself that I wouldn't bother to post on this thread anymore. But, I feel compelled to make one point and that is that until and unless TM is removed from control of this company it will continue the same sorry record that it has for the past few years. Trying to distance himself from Lutz is a joke. I believe that he will make it virtually impossible for NN to find a friendly suitor. This looks like a replay of CS...

My feeling is that TM is the prototypical example of the "peter principle" at the CEO level. He has shown that he can grow company's to a certain point, but, that he just isn't capable of taking a company into the big time.
