Jim - RE: "I just got back from Best Buy...they had 12 notebooks on display...
9 of the 12 were K6-2 based. Two Celerons and one Pentium II....
Thats 75% AMD...
Where ARE the FLOPPERMINES? What a FLOPPERLAUNCH!"

That is SAD! And the FLOPPERMINE notebooks were advertised MORE than FLOPPERMINE desktops in this Sunday's ad!

So if what we thought WAS in supply ISN'T in supply, how much longer will it take for what we know ISN'T in supply to become available?

Like you said, maybe OEMs are stockpiling them until CamiNo-Go finally comes out. So people will finally be able to purchase comparatively EXPENSIVE, continually DELAYED systems which don't even offer too much of a performance benefit vs. other systems available for sale.

Intel, current supplier of oft DELAYED, unavailable products which go into comparitively EXPENSIVE systems that don't even offer much of an overall performance gain vs. other available systems.
