I have started to accumulate this one for a trade. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston, Hambrecht & Quist, and Merrill Lynch got the secondary off at 28 a week before earnings. I don't think these blue-chip underwriters would have done the deal at this time if earnings were going to disappoint. Lawsuit city. I'm expecting some upside to earnings. Also, the short position is huge, even with the new shares from the secondary on the market: 2.12 million shares.

This one's a risk, especially with the appalling price action of late, but several factors are definitely there for a big move north. If it doesn't pan out, it's hard to see a bottom on the charts--. But I see more upside than downside from here and am starting to put money behind it.

Good luck!
