Mike, I thought I had done the DD on this one fairly quickly and it did look almost too good to be true, so I was looking for the catch... I did catch this blurb from one of the links posted a few posts back " The existing common stock has been redesignated as SNC stock on the New York Stock Exchange and will continue to be listed on the NYSE under the symbol: SNC. The SNC stock will trade ``with due bills' through October 28, 1999 and will begin trading separate from the Circle.com stock on October 29, 1999. " The Option series I sold was SNUKC... through Etrade. I just got off the phone with them to double check and they told me there was no other obligation except the SNC stock. However, I wouldn't swear by Etrade's customer support's answers though. But, for now, from everything I've seen and heard... I'm okay... and the option premium is just one of those gift horses...that come around every now and then. If my info is bad and you hear something else, I wouldn't mind hearing it...the sooner the better. :)
