John, I have held the stock since May/96. Macdonald Mines is trying to obtain Mill City`s portion of the deal in a buyout by offering them 20+ milliom common shares. This has been going on for over a year since Mill City failed to live up to their financial commitment to the original joint venture. The TSE listing is a given (I AM TOLD) once this has been resolved.
