Looks like CHAR has been halted. Not sure why. CBS had this to say about the runup. cbs.marketwatch.com I wouldn't touch this issue due to it's extremely speculative (small/high debt) nature, but I thought the runup was interesting. Looks like it'll probably pullback back to the mid teens shortly from where it's currently at (25).
